The Cattleman’s Crest Cut is one of the rarest cuts of beef, only available from Brahman Country Beef. Also known as cupim, the Brahman hump is a highly marbled beef cut that sits at the top of the shoulder. A true rarity since there is only 2 available per animal.  Also considered a delicacy in many South American countries.  This is the special cut of beef only available from Brahman cattle and the Cattleman’s Crest Cut is a trademark of Brahman Country Beef.

Our Cupim’s are out most popular cut. We restock typically every other Tuesday. They sell out very quickly. We do not maintain a waiting list.
